Refund policy

At PhoneDads, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy below to understand how returns and refunds are handled.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or not as described upon delivery.

  • The product is returned within 7–14 days of receiving it.

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.


2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Opened or used items (such as earphones, screen protectors, or accessories).

  • Products damaged by misuse, accident, or unauthorized repair.

  • Digital or downloadable items (if applicable).

  • Clearance or final sale products marked “non-returnable.”


3. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Call us with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


4. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to reflect in your account.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was defective or the wrong item was sent.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we can replace it with a new one at no additional cost.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for an exchange.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us
